Lennart Nilsson – The Beginning
On 10th of February 2020, WestLicht ceremoniously opened the exhibition “Lennart Nilsson. The Beginning”. The exhibition title has a double meaning: on the one hand, it refers to Nilsson’s probably most famous photo series Drama of Life before Birth, about the beginning of human life – but the meaning is also a chronological-biographical one, because rarely exhibited, early photo reportages by the Swedish photographer are also shown.
